Just for Pam

2007.....wow, I can't believe it's been almost 2 years since I've posted. I honestly do prefer Facebook. It's faster, doesn't require much commitment and fits much better into my time schedule. Life is so much different now than a few years back. Both girls in college, one officially courting, one in first year of college and one now considered a "teen". I guess that now starts at 12 years of age. She is growing up fast. What time I do have away from work is spent trying to stay ahead of everything that needs to be done. But I know this is where God wants me to be. Some days I honestly wonder if it's worth it, but our deposits don't always see returns right away. That would be nice though.
I had a wonderful day with Alex. She and I, even with a couple hundred people, spent the time together. Mostly because I was holding her up! She was slightly impressed that I could ice skate. So was I. Michael got the Christmas decorations put into the garage today. Yes, they were in their boxes, in the living room. Did I mention that we both work....alot. And last night we both snaked the drains because my washing maching overflowed while Alex was doing laundry. Our Friday nights are always exciting. I did thank God for not allowing it to happen 2 nights ago when it got down to 21 degrees. That was a blessing!
Bill had a surprise birthday party for my Mom last night. Time like this, I really miss her. I LOVE being in Florida, I only miss the family up north.
Not anything real import to report, just some miscellaneous happenings. If I can figure how to get the pictures from the skating party off of my dinosaur of a camera, I'm going to post them on facebook. Now is when I really miss the girls.
